The award-winning administrative management system for Video Conferencing, Media eXchange Manager (MXM) is at the centre of any integrated conferencing solution. A flexible and versatile management platform, MXM supports H.323 and SIP conferencing clients, provides Gateway functionality for both legency ISDN and advanced technologies and offers support for H.460 Firewall/NAT Traversal.

MXM is a software based IP Video PBX that runs on a Windows® Server. From a remote console, an authorised user has the ability to configure, monitor, manage, upgrade and enforce company conferencing policies on any Video Conferencing system in the organisation. MXM supports a combination of both VCON and non Emblaze-VCON endpoints as well as a wide range of MCU's, Gateways and other networking equipment.

MXM offers a full suite of tools for centrally managing and administering user groups and bandwidth requirements, as well as QoS proirties, billing and reporting capabilities. With video telephony services such as Call Forward, Call Transfer, Call Pickup, Ad-Hoc Conferencing and Hunting Groups, MXM provides the functions that make Video Conferencing as simple as making a telephone call.

Options include Conference Bridge (VCB), a 12 port software MCU that can also stream the conference as an IP multicast; Conference Moderator, a web based manager for scheduling both point-to-point and multipoint conferences; Report and Billing Tool that provides system activity and Call Detail Reports (CDR) and H.460 Firewall/NAT Traversal and Encryption.
