vPoint HD Executive includes support for the add-on Quad BRI ISDN module that is sold as a separate item in the vPoint HD Kits. This module provides ISDN connectivity up to 512kbps and allows vPoint HD v10.0 users to video conference with other H.320 standards compliant video conferencing systems.

Record and Stream your video conference into Windows Media (WMV) format

vPoint HD Executive and Broadcaster versions now include support for the Recording option. When enabled, this option allows you to start/stop recording the video conferencing session into Windows Media (WMV) format. You can specify the location where the recording is stored (fixed or removable HDD), which can be played back using the universally distributed Window Media Player. Alternativley, you can stream your live video session to be viewed by Windows Media Player.

vPoint HD can be licensed as a standalone package using a USB protection key, or for larger quantities via a license server or as part of Emblaze-VCON Media Xchange Manager, MXM.

When licensed via MXM, MXM provides the advanced technology needed to deploy video conferencing throughout an organisation. Now, with the click of a button, users can "invite" a 3rd party and everybody will be automatically placed into a multipoint conference. Other video telephony features, such as Call Transfer and Call Forward are also part of vPoint HD. Additionally, from the MXM console, the network administrator can remotely upgrade all vPoint HD endpoints, as well as manage those endpoints on a day-to-day basis.
